Private chauffeur transfers to Cardiff from anywhere
Whether you are setting off from a London hotel, your home in Essex or another address, send us your pickup postcode and preferred arrival time. We will confirm availability and quote for the complete journey. Additional collection stops can be discussed when your group is travelling from different addresses.
Travelling from overseas? We can discuss airport transfers alongside your Cardiff itinerary. Provide flight details, luggage requirements and hotel addresses so each journey can be planned realistically.
How long is the drive from Essex or London to Cardiff?
As an approximate planning guide in normal traffic, allow around 3–4 hours from London to Cardiff and around 3½–4½ hours from many Essex locations, including Brentwood, Billericay and Chelmsford. Essex is a large county and London pickup locations vary, so your exact journey time depends on the starting address, route and traffic. These are estimates, rather than measured averages or guaranteed arrival times.
For AJ vs Fury, allow additional time for Friday traffic, any comfort stops, roads around Cardiff, walking from the agreed drop-off point and stadium security. We will discuss a suitable pickup time for your address and requested arrival when preparing your quote. The journey after the fight may take a different amount of time, and overnight return arrangements are agreed separately.
Plan for a late finish and a long-distance return
Do not plan your return around the 5pm event listing: the headline fight is expected much later. Choose whether you want a pre-arranged return after the boxing or collection from your Cardiff hotel later on Saturday. Hotel accommodation is arranged separately.
For long-distance journeys, discuss rest stops, waiting time and the expected duration of the booking in advance. Driver scheduling and any arrangements needed for an overnight return must be confirmed as part of the quote. We will not assume that an outward transfer automatically includes all-night waiting.
Stadium access and your collection point
Principality Stadium is in Cardiff city centre. Event traffic controls and pedestrian areas may affect where vehicles can stop. Your collection point will need to be a permitted, practical location; transport does not guarantee access directly outside your stadium gate.
Allow time for the journey into Cardiff, walking from the agreed drop-off and security checks. Keep your phone charged for collection messages and tell us about mobility requirements before booking. Check the stadium’s latest visitor information before departure.
Choose a vehicle for your group
Choose a vehicle that suits the journey and the people travelling. Our chauffeur fleet includes the BMW i7 Excellence Pro, Mercedes V-Class and Mercedes Senzati, subject to availability.
- BMW i7 Excellence Pro: a luxury electric car option for a smaller party. Tell us your passenger and luggage requirements so we can confirm suitability for the Cardiff journey.
- Mercedes V-Class: space for up to seven passengers, depending on the booked vehicle and luggage requirements.
- Mercedes Senzati: a luxury people carrier for up to six passengers, with the available model and onboard facilities confirmed when booking.
Travelling as a group? Send the total passenger numbers and each pickup address. We can discuss travelling together, additional collection stops or more than one vehicle. Ask for the total vehicle price and what is included so you can work out the cost per person.
